The Assertiveness Coaching Program

The assertiveness coaching program is a mixture of coaching and training. This happens because assertiveness is a skill that requires both the tools and specific teaching that a professional trainer can provide, but also the introspection, the listening and the emotional support that coaching offers. After having coached clients in the span of 5 years, I have realized that this is the methodology that brings more results for people to make significant and long-lasting changes in their assertiveness. The program lasts 3 months for a total of 9 sessions, which requires circa 4 hours per month between coaching sessions and homework. This can be organized in a very flexible way, to allow you to go on with your usual life and to not get overwhelmed! Believe me: it is the best commitment and act of self-care you can give yourself!

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: After we have been in touch with you, either with the form below or via a clarity call, you will have two options:

- Start an individual coaching program, the so called 1to1 coaching; We recommend this type of coaching for more self-exploration.

- Start a 2 people program: you can choose a friend, a colleague, a spouse or a family member to go through the coaching with. We recommend this type of coaching when there are two people navigating similar challenges or when they might benefit from being more assertive with one another or manage difficult conversations.

Do not worry, we will guide you to make the best choice based on your very personal story and situation! Here a visual of how the process works! Do you have any questions? Please do not hesitate to contact me or fill in the form below to register for the upcoming coaching program on assertiveness! We take new coachees every trimester.
