What is "Breakfast with Wellbeing"?
Breakfast wit Wellbeing is a series of free online events where Alessandra, FindYourWay coach and founder, guides professionals in selecting the best mental wellbeing strategy for their organizations. Because every company has different needs, Alessandra will cover every month a different topic related to mental wellbeing, to give the change for you to explore options.
She will make practical examples of how certain programs fit certain type of companies and will explain her offering. Each session lasts 45 minutes and it starts at 8.30 am (CET) : you can watch it from the comfort of your desk while you have breakfast or sip an afternoon coffee! Depending on your time zone!
