ONE TO ONE COACHING PACKAGE
• This option consists of offering to your employees the possibility to do one to one coaching and mentoring sessions with a certified coach. You would be buying a package of monthly hours from FindYourWay Coaching, and we will distribute it together on the best possible way for your organizations needs.
• Sessions can be held in the office or online.
• Topics: Mental Health, Leadership, Dealing with Difficult Teams, Remote working; Burnout risks and Prevention; Assertive Communication: Career Development.
• FindYourWay will assist you in setting up am internal survey to understand the organizational priorities.
• Advantages: deeper work on goals and personal accountability; great employer branding and personalized attention.
• The benefit of group coaching for employees is the group accountability and the sharing (groups are smaller, 10 people max).
• The topics can be every time different, in order to cover different needs (i.e. group coaching of non-violent communication; business women coaching group; new managers coaching group; burnout prevention group coaching)
