I love positivity and make people smile. With these mini coaching sessions (5 X 30 min each), I invite you to relax and take out 30 minutes out of your busy schedule and practice a few exercises with me.
Through the use of spa metaphors such as massage, manicure and hot tub, I walk you through guided visualizations, breathing exercises and right questions to create a daily habit: self-care.
