- We will get to know ourselves better. Knowing ourselves is the basic condition to protect our time and energy. What do I need? What do I enjoy and what is not serving me? Am I putting others first or am I actually living according to my values and convictions? 

- We will learn to recognize when our body asks us to stop and how to channel energy for the things we enjoy.

- How to recognize in our body and mind when the time to place boundaries has arrived. Am I experiencing stress, so the moment has come to say NO? Or am I feeling discomfort with a certain behavior from someone else?
