WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 2024: IT'S TIME TO PRIORITIZE MENTAL HEALTH IN THE WORKPLACE

World Mental Health Day is a significant occasion, and this year’s theme is “It's Time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace.”

​

FindYourWay Coaching invites you, our valued customer, to join us for an exclusive full-day event in Zurich. This event provides an opportunity to showcase our training programs, vision, and mission, and to introduce you our esteemed partners who share our values and support our progress.

This is an official customer event, primarily for companies. You'll have the chance to network with HR professionals, team leaders, and other stakeholders from both international and local companies, all committed to making mental health a workplace priority. And to get ideas for your company's next steps into the mental wellbeing space!

Finding a reliable provider for mental well-being services can be challenging. Mental well-being is a delicate topic, often misunderstood, and choosing the right partner for training and coaching requires trust. Start your day with a warm welcome! Join us for coffee and healthy bites while collecting your badge at the entrance. Take this opportunity to meet fellow participants and ease into the day.

10:00 – 10:15 AM:

Opening Remarks by FindYourWay Coaching and Betreat

Get inspired with a brief introduction to the day's events and what we aim to achieve together.

10:30 – 11:45 AM

Interactive Session: Building Resilience & Navigating Difficult Conversations

​Participate in a simulated "Lunch & Learn" session focused on resilience and burnout prevention moderated by FindYourWay Coaching. Discover practical strategies to say “no” effectively and engage in difficult conversations, and how this helps with our mental wellbeing;  with real-life examples and actionable steps to bring back to your workplace.

Lunch & Networking (optional participation)

12:00 – 12:45 PM

Enjoy a complimentary lunch while networking with other participants. This is a great time to exchange ideas, share experiences, and build connections with like-minded professionals.

Aider from Novartis, as he shares powerful testimonials and insights on the effectiveness of
mental health first aid in the workplace.

Take a moment to refresh and recharge with a coffee break. Connect with other attendees or
enjoy a quiet moment to yourself.

2:00 – 3:00 PM

Creative Wellness Workshop by Betreat, Sponsored by Ricola

A fun, interactive wellness workshop designed to spark creativity and promote well-being. Organized by Betreat and Ricola, this session will inspire you to engage more in biodiversity.

3:00 – 4:00 PM

Celebration for Mental Health: An Unconventional Finale!

Please RSVP for the full day. If you cannot attend the entire day, you may choose to RSVP for either the morning or afternoon session by indicating your name and company. Kindly let us know in advance as we aim to provide lunch for all attendees and minimize waste as a sustainable company.​​​​​
