Self-acceptance and self-respect: the entry door to boundaries

It might not be easy to accept ourselves just as we are. But if we do, we will have more compassion for ourselves, and therefore more self-respect. We could identify what needs to change in our life. What people or situations do we attract that are not aligned to our needs and values? We learn how to recognize clues of lack respect from others and from ourselves. Remember: you are on your way to the best version of you!
